Warranty time is 15 months from shipping date of the products. Then extended warranty to 24 months, with 8% extra of the total value of the goods is acceptable and necessary. We offer satisfied after-sales service to the clients in the world.

Our company, Powtran Technology Co. Ltd. (Shenzhen POWTRAN Technology Co., Ltd., DaLian POWTRAN Technology Co., Ltd.) will suggest which parts of products should be replaced. In case of quality problem, we wil replace a new product for defective one which power rating is under 5.5KW within warranty time.

And in case of quality problem, for the product which power rating is 7.5KW and above, we will offer spare parts including control board, power board, fan or other related parts which are necessary for repairing product free of charge within warranty time.
