ARC says that China AC Drives market to reach $1.9 Billion in 2012, But do you think so too? Frankly speaking, we don't agree.
The High Power AC Drives market in China was 1.0 billion in 2007. And the ARC Advisory Group study says the market is expected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.9% from 2008 to 2012. We don't know the market in 2008 of high power ac drives in China. But we think the market was less than 1.129 billion in 2008.
It's a fact that China's manufacturing industry had grown rapidly over the last few decades. So we also can optimistically expect that the manufacturing industry in China need to moderation. What's more, we can expect the infrastructure and long term fiscal incentives in China need large-scale plants. So the bright future for high power ac drives market in China is just there, near all of us.
But it's not the truth. The global economy is changed, including China economy. We can just say that the market will glow. But surely the speed will slow down.
And as a supplier of ac drives and provider of motion control solution, we surely hope the market of ac drives will be better and better.
