The problem of green energy in China
More and more money are invested in the industry of solar energy and wind power in China.
According to the statistics, before October, 2009, there are about 50 companies, which are constructing , expanding, or preparing to construct the production line of multicrystalline (poly-crystalline) silicon in more than 20 provinces in China. The scale of the construction for multicrystalline (poly-crystalline) silicon is 50,000 tons to 100,000 tons.
Regarding the wind power, there are about 70 manufacturers of wind energy now for just several years in Chna. But in fact the demands for wind power in the market of China, the capacity of the first 3 manufacturers are enough fully. That means other 67 manufacturers can't find enough demands of the market for their wind power.
But this is not the most serious problem these companies of renewable energy face.
This biggest problem is off-grid (stand-alone) for these clean energy (solar power, wind energy).
Let's look at wind energy about grid-connection. In 2008 in China the capacity of electricity from wind power is about 12 million kw. But only about 8 million kw is grid-connection. That's a big loss!
And the same situation happens for solar energy.
In fact the professionals from the electricity regard the electricity from green energy (solar power, wind power) as rubbish! But the government of China will pay more attention to this. And this will be solved in the future.
